US approved MH 60 helicopters sale to India

The United States has approved the sale of helicopters of 24 Romeo Seahawk, a multi-purpose helicopter in MH 60, worth around Rs 16,000 crore.

Lockheed Martin, a US based company, has been preparing these helicopters.

These helicopters will be used in India’s marine safety and surveillance work. These will be implemented in particular anti-submarine missiles.The deal will also be available to strengthen India-US relations.
