why should not provide english class in gov schools?

The Madras High Court has questioned why the Tamil Nadu government should not provide about English speaking classes in government schools.

The DMK, former MLA says that a government school students nearly 80 lakh students are affected by the lack of English speaking skills in tamilnadu. The judges said that many students of Andhra Pradesh and Kerala state people easily select for the competitive exams.

Also, the petitioner is a former MLA of the DMK. The judges also advised that this issue should not be viewed politically.In this regard, the government of Tamil Nadu had to respond by December 6 and postpone the trial.
