Since there is a cyclonic circulation lies over the East Bihar and neighbourhood states at mid and upper tropospheric levels ,there will be a isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall is most likely to continue over the northwestern part of India such as West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar and adjoining East UP for next five days . The convergence of southwesterly/southerly winds from bay of Bengal in lower Tropospheric levels very likely to continue in northeast and adjoining east India in next 2 days, Indian Meteorological Department said.
