England beat India in the Edgbaston Test by 31 runs when the Indian batsmen failed to chase a final target of 198 runs. Despite not being putting up a great performance, England managed to perform as a team at crucial junctures and eked out a win.

England will look to alter some history at Lords as they have won just three of their last nine Tests at the iconic ground in London.
