After series of speculations and leaks, Google has finally launched the Pixel Buds A- Series in the market. The Buds A series is touted to be a watered-down version of the Pixel Buds that was launched last year. The Buds A is the affordable true wireless earbuds that has been unveiled by the company. It has been launched for $99 (roughly Rs 7,500). But now we hear that the Buds A will also make its way to the Indian markets, but the exact timeline has not been revealed yet.

The Pixel Buds A was spotted on BIS certification by tipster Mukul Sharma. If that was not enough to suggest that the device will be launched in India, Google itself confirmed the same on Twitter. Google in its reply to an Indian user about the availability of Pixel Buds A has said that the earbuds will be available in the US and Canada initially.

“Hey there, thanks for your interest. Pixel Buds A-Series will be available on June 17th in the U.S. and Canada, and later in the year for other regions. In India, it will be available through Flipkart, but we have no estimated timeline,” Google tweeted from its official account on Twitter.

Coming to features, the Pixel Buds A house 12mm dynamic speaker drivers that claim to deliver clear and enhanced sound quality with Bass Boost. The Buds A don’t come with active noise cancellation, but it comes with passive noise reduction. There is also an Adaptive Sound feature that adjusts the volume as per the surroundings. The earbuds is IPX4-rated for sweat- and water-resistant.

The Buds A also comes with the Fast Pair option which connects with devices quickly. In terms of battery, the company claims that battery life can last up to 5 hours or 2.5 hours of talking on a single charge. With a charging case, the earbuds can go on for up to 24 hours of music playback or 12 hours of talk time.

The Pixel Buds A look similar to the Pixel Buds with a flush-to-ear design with no stem. The company claims that the earbuds stay in place and create a gentle seal for amazing sound because of their design.
