Warning! New storm formed on Nov 18

The Chennai Meteorological Center has said that on November 18, there is a possibility of low voltage levels in the South side.

Chennai weather director Balachandran interviewed to reporters. He said he would arrive at the newly-formed cyclone on november 18th.
