On August 3, Suriya, Karthi and the team of Viruman attended the audio launch of the film in Madurai. While Karthi plays the lead role in Viruman, Suriya and Jyotika have bankrolled the venture. At the audio launch of Viruman, Suriya hinted at a possible collaboration with Karthi and Lokesh Kanagaraj. In Kamal Haasan’s Vikram, Suriya appeared as Rolex in a cameo role. Since Vikram and Kaithi belonged to the same universe, Karthi’s Dilli was also mentioned in the film. Will Rolex and Dilli come together?

WILL SURIYA’S ROLEX AND KARTHI’S DILLI JOIN HANDS TOGETHER?

Suriya essayed the role of drug lord Rolex in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram. Kamal Haasan gifted him a Rolex watch after being impressed with his performance.

At the audio launch of Viruman, Suriya’s fans were cheering for him by screaming ‘Rolex’ throughout. Suriya asked, “What do you want Rolex and Dilli to do?” Karthi said that they had fought with each other a lot at home. Suriya then intervened and said, “Time will tell. Let’s wait for it.”

VIKRAM IS A PART OF KAITHI UNIVERSE

Kamal Haasan’s Vikram is a part of Kaithi universe. In the climax of Vikram, Karthi’s Dilli from Kaithi gets a mention. The audience got to hear Karthi’s voice but he didn’t appear in the film. If Lokesh Kanagaraj plans to go ahead with Kaithi 2, then Rolex and Dilli might appear.
