Karnataka bus accident; 25 died

Karnataka: A private bus was thrown into a roadside canal in Kanaganamaradi near Pandavapuram at Mandya district of Karnataka. The accident occurred at yesterday 12.30 pm.

Nearly 25 people died including 5 children. The informed rescue staff were also involved in rescue operations.

25 bodies have been recovered so far. Five schoolmates also died in this accident. The restored bodies were placed close to the scene.
