Allu Sirish, who is one of the younger actors in Tollywood film industry, is quite active on social media. He keeps updating his fans about his day to day life on his Instagram account.

On Tuesday, The ABCD -American Born Confused Desi actor has taken it a notch higher in his 30 second back workout video. This is a part of a short format fitness segment titled ‘Training Day’ that the actor has started off on social media today. 

In the first outing of the series, Sirish shared a video of himself training his back body in the gym. In the video, After a quick warm-up, he is seen doing single-arm dumbbell row, wide grip lat pull down and sternum pull-ups in an intense 30 seconds. 

Sharing this video on his Instagram handle, Sirish wrote, “I am yet to reach my fitness goals. “Training Day”, is a short video series where I take along with me through my journey. Tag along! #AStrainingday #backworkout(Sic).”

Looking at the video, his Instagram followers commented on it. While some dropped smiling face with heart-shaped eyes emoji, one of his followers wrote, “You’re the best… we stan the best.” Another one wrote, “Vera level.” Meanwhile, actor Mahat Raghavendra has also dropped fire emoji on the comment box.

On the work front, the actor recently has announced his next Telugu film venture Prema Kadanta. The film is directed by Rakesh Sashii also stars actress Anu Emmanuel as the leading lady. The shooting of the film is underway. Touted to be a refreshing take on urban relationships, the film is bankrolled by Geetha Arts. And, the movie is being presented by Sirish’s father and producer Allu Aravind. The technical crew includes Anup Rubens and Achu Rajamani for music. cinematography is by Tanveer Mir and Karthika Srinivas R for editing. The release date of the movie is yet to be revealed by the makers.

Allu Sirish was last seen in the 2019 film ABCD – American Born Confused Desi, which was a Telugu remake of the Malayalam film with the same name. It starred Rukshar Dhillon, opposite Allu Sirish. Directed by Sanjeev Reddy, the film was produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy. Sirish made his acting debut with Gouravam in 2013. He later featured in films like Kotha Janta, Srirastu Subhamastu, and Okka Kshanam.
