New order for government employee

The state government of Tamil Nadu has issued a new order containing the new details, procedure, rules, and regulations for cases where the state government employee is interested in changing the Date of Birth.

The Chennai High Court had made some relevant observations regarding the change of date of birth of a government employee in an enquiry conducted last July.

So, in case any government employee applies for the change of date of birth, the employee must have completed 15 years of age considering up to the calendar year of 1977
