Minnesota attorney general, Keith Ellison , who is leading the prosecution in George Floyd’s death , he said that he has filed charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second degree manslaughter against J.A. Kueng, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao, who kept floyd under their custody before George Floyd’s death. Ellison ha Also announced that he also filed a second degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin , who had been previously charged with third degree murder and second-degree manslaughter for pinning down George Floyd with his knee that leads to death of Floyd.

He also mentioned that we have made the highest ethical charge for this incident at this point, further more if any charges are to be made only with sufficient facts and law that approves.
