GSET 2021 exam date has been postponed. As per the notice on the official website, Gujarat SET 2021 exam would not be conducte don December 26 but on January 23. Check updates and latest information.

Gujarat State Eligibility Test, GSET 2021 has been postponed. The examination, for eligibility of Assistant Professor / Lecturer, was scheduled for December 26, 2021. The same has been postponed and would now be conducted on January 23, 2022 instead.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara would be conducting the examination. The examination would consist of two papers, both to be conducted on January 23, 2022. The information regarding the revised schedule was shared by the varsity today. Reason has not been shared.

The examination would now be conducted from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on January 23, 2022. The hall tickets/ admit cards would be released 7 days before the examination, that is on January 16, 2022. Candidates would be required to download the same from the official website gujaratset.in. Candidates who have registered are advised to keep a check on the official website for latest updates and information.

GSET 2021

GSET is the state level examination, conducting as an eligibility test for assistant professor and for Junior research fellows. The exam would consist of two papers – Paper 1 of 100 marks with 50 questions and Paper II of 200 marks with 100 questions. Candidates would be given three hours’ time to attempt the examination.

Information regarding the exam scheme and syllabus is available on the official website. The notification had been released in June and the registration closed on July 31, after it was extended. The examination now would be conducted in January.
