On  July 31 ,three passengers were gunned down on the Jaipur – Mumbai  central Superfast express . Chetan Singh Chaudhary (33) , a constable of Railway Police (RPF) shot these people .  He also gunned down a senior colleague. RPF Senior Divisional security commissioner of Mumbai central immediately issued Chaudhary’s dismissal order on August 14. The court observed how he had target killed these people. Then they announced the decision.  Chetan Singh is lodged in jail and is under judicial custody.  Based on an application by RPF, there’s a hearing in court today. In two coach compartments and a pantry car , Chetan had carried out the killings and it created a chaotic scene .  Over some argument in coach  B5 , he first shot dead  his senior ASI Tikaram Meena. Another fellow traveller was then targeted from the same coach and shot him dead in the passage area . He then moved on to a pantry car and coach and then targeted 2 passengers. The same scene was recreated during the “ Jaipur – Mumbai” train shooting  and then the authorities proceeded over the case.
